Behind the PC: Rebuilding The Cannery for Love!
Comments Off
It’s been about a year since I posted my last before and after shot of a recent session. This photo was shot during an engagement shoot at the San Francisco Cannery. I love the shot. It was awesome, but the photograph itself had to many distractions. I usually follow a five point rule, where I would look for five things that my eye catches automatically. And if any of them are distracting my main subject then I would fix it or eliminate it from the photo.
After a little less than ten minutes of patch work, brushing, cloning, overlay, curve control, and some burning, I came out with what you see above.
Although I spent little bit more time than most photos I would edit from a shoot, the outcome was well worth it. I hope you enjoy the before and after work!
Boot Full of Passion
Comments OffThe other weekend Francis and I shot part two of Maria and Jerry’s engagement session. They came out fully loaded for us. Maria had this great ideal and I had a spark of another ideal. The outcome of the two was amazing. The day ended with Francis having no tick bites on him and me with no sunburn. How better could the shoot get. Feel free to preview a small slide show by clicking on the images from this post.
