So it’s been 3 weeks since my last post. I do have a lot to post in that has gon on this month. Photography some enagements and a baby shower. Talk about one busy month. After every wedding, one of my task is create a small sample of what their photos could look on one of our artbooks. A few wanted to see a small sample of our artbooks, so I thought to post one of the sample books I just created from a recent wedding. Keep in mind this sample artbook is unifinished and I still need to do a lot to it. Here are some things I do when I finished an artbook for my clients:
1)Confirm photos with client
2)Correct and calibrate colors
3)Retouch images again with a special process we use
4)Review artbook

By the end of August I needed a break. Its been awhile since I’ve traveled down south to LA, so I took the good old credit card out and bought a ticket on my favorite airlines (Virgin American). I didn’t have any place in particular I wanted to go since I’ve been there several times in my life. For the next five days I spent time with my cousins and got the chance to see many goddaughter who I’ve havent seen since February. Not only did her and her little brother remember me, but they really kept me busy =)
I love hanging around with kids. they’re always full of life. It also give me an excuse to play with all the cool toys they have hahaha=) Of course I had to do my job as a designated reader. I’m not much of a book reader, I get tired within the first few pages. But my goddaughter must love having books read to her because I’ve never read so many books in one night haha=) So here she is, a few photos of my goddaughter Kayla!
