Isabel and the Maze of Corn

Although I’ve been sick with some kinda of flu for the past 3 weeks, I couldn’t miss this chance to checkout this huge Corn Maze located in Dixon California. My sister wanted to bring her daughter to the pumpkin patch. It was fun. Now going into the maze the map can be confusing because anyone could have easily moved theses flags used to help you find your way. So we ended up getting lost. But it’s ok. We just used through corn to mark our spot haha

Anyways, for the photographers reading all my editing was done in Lightroom for these photos. I just love the magic brush they added on the new version. If you get a chance to pass by the Corn Maze head on across the over pass to the super Wal-Mart. They have a great DVD selection haha=)

Ready for a slide show you? Since I got to finish some images I took of Josiah at the hosipital, I thought it would be cool for him to have a slide show on my blog. It didn’t take to long since I only took 196 pictures. If you know me, I easily take 400 pictures in one hour. Anyways, you can click on the image above to view the slide show. I hope you enjoy.

Hmmm! Looks like I have some catching up to do on my posting. Although I’ve had a few sessions I’d like to show, I plan on posting more personal pictures for the next few. I mean in the last two months I had 3 birthday parties and a few other functions I just happen to get some cool shots at.

Birth & Life

So having an easier web site is harder than I thought hahaha=) Well it’s more of collecting all the images and decided which sets to use online is the difficult part. Although I feel a little dizzy from a flu, I thought I’d post something amazing. Life! A best friend of mine gave birth to her son Josiah. One of the greatest things in the universe is to give birth. Unfortunately, men do not have this ability. I don’t think we have the energy or strength to handle the labor.

I took these photos late at night around 11pm. For those photographers reading, I shot at ISO 3200 on my D3 with available light. Although I didn’t post process any form of my photography art style on these pictures, the story behind each action of the shots is an artwork on its own!
